All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.

Please call or email for an RMA Number before returning any items.

Damaged Products

If your order is received broken or damaged in shipping, call Jule-Art within 5 days of receipt. 
  • Please retain all packing materials.
  • Email a digital picture of the display to: [email protected]

Custom Products

Custom items and imprinted products are not returnable.
